The Pattaya Bridge Club now meets at The Bowling Green, Soi Fuengfa (Soi Xyte), between Soi Boukhao and No 3 rd. Refer to 'about us' and 'maps' in the links column for more details.The Bowling Green offers free Lawn Bows tuition and has all the equipment needed for a game.
The Bowling Green has an excellent menu at very reasonable prices, so why not turn up early and have a brunch? Drinks are fairly cheap with, for example, all beers are just 50 bht. |

This week's news sheet no 297 has seven articles. It starts of with yet another discussion about psyches. Then there's a hand where somebody bid too high because of an intervening overcall - they did not think of a negative double. There are the usual two dave problems on the play of the hand and then anotherrather easy suit play problem that three players got wrong. Then there's an article about jump overcalls in the pass-out seat and finally somebody failing to bid a fairly obvious game. |

Pattaya Bridge Club meets 3 afternoons a week at the Bowling Green in central Pattaya, Thailand. We meet every Monday, Wednesday and Friday afternoon at 1.00 p.m., visitors are welcome with or without partner, we arrange a partner if necessary.
